Fast, reliable medication delivery straight to a student’s door, with alerts for refills and renewals. Same-day and next-day delivery included. Students can also chat with a pharmacist for real-time guidance or choose to pick up prescriptions at a local pharmacy.

Finding care is simple with the NOVUS network. Students can search for doctors and specialists in their area or nationwide, ensuring the right help is always within reach. Additional resources include online health assessments and provincial healthcare guides.
Travel legal advice
From lost passports to emergency representation to being the victim of a crime, students receive up to three hours of legal assistance per event (one event per term). Our network spans 70+ countries with over 1,000 lawyers in 15 languages, available 24/7, so help is always within reach.
Peer community
Students can access a safe, anonymous, online peer-to-peer community that is supervised 24/7 by trained counselors. Students connect with others who understand while professionals on hand for guidance. Should a safety concern arise, clinicians reach out to your school’s designated contact for support.
