Getting in touch with Virtual Care healthcare professionals is easy and intuitive: simply open the app and click on the “Start a Consultation” button. The first point of contact will be with a registered nurse; after triage, if needed, the student will be connected to a doctor licensed in their jurisdiction.
Mental Health Support
24/7 access to professional multilingual mental health counselors who will listen, advise and work with the student on any mental health issues they may be facing in a non-judgmental private environment. Counselors can accelerate treatment by recommending one-to-one therapy or referring to physical mental health facilities in Canada.
Prescription Services
Fast medication delivery directly to student’s accommodation via an easy-to-use app with medication alerts, refill and renewal notifications. Guaranteed delivery by 9 pm, if submitted by 12 pm and guaranteed delivery by noon the next day, if submitted after 12 pm. Students can also chat with a pharmacist for guided care in real-time whenever they have questions or need advice. The option to go to a local pharmacy is available as well.
Health Navigator
Students have access to the NOVUS network which includes extensive provider options, both in your area and nationwide. Students can tailor their search for doctors and specialists.
Travel Legal Advice
Immediate travel legal assistance, remote or personal, covering 70+ countries, access to over 1,000 lawyers 24/7 in 15 different languages. A global network of local professionals who are there for students when they need emergency legal representation and advice.
Assistance in a variety of situations such as:
- Recovering lost passport
- Legal professional services in time of need
- Victim of a crime
- Assistance if detained
Included in your Ingle Lewer plan:
- Coverage of 3 hours of legal assistance (remote or personal) per event.
- Up to 1 legal event per term of the respective plan.
- After the 3 hours of legal assistance, as an Ingle Lewer insured student, you are eligible to contact local lawyers in each country with a 10% discount on the legal assistance rates.

An anonymous and safe online peer to peer community, supervised by counselors, to support student’s mental health, 24/7. Connect with others experiencing similar feelings and feel safe with trained professionals on hand. Emergency Support: In the event the clinicians feel the school should be contacted regarding a student for a wellness check, we request a point of contact from your organization.

Student Portal
Ingle Lewer is completely integrated with TRUE North. For a seamless transition, the same capabilities within TRUE North that schools currently have are available with Ingle Lewer.
The Ingle Lewer – TRUE North integration streamlines the process of purchasing student insurance. Objectives of this integration include:
Simplifying purchases of insurance for individual students or a selection of students.
- The secure transfer of information (no reliance on email) with real-time updates of policy status.
- Easily accessible policy records and future insurance card links – Two-way API Wallet Cards – all stored in TRUE North.
- Ingle Lewer’s developers have a long history and close working relationship with TRUE North.
International student programs using Ingle Lewer can purchase insurance directly through TRUE North.
Once the process is complete, insurance details will appear in the student’s Credentials tab. School District Administrator’s will also have access to our Administrator’s Insurance Portal, where they can track, update, and email the most up to date information for students.
